Oven Roasted Tomatoes

yum. After six hours, the flavor is so intense! I like the way the oven light cast light and shadow here.

Six hours! I've never cooked tomatoes like that, so I don't know about the flavor, but that red is certainly intense! I like the light and shadows also.
