Master Xuanzang by jyokota

Master Xuanzang

A Buddhist monk and scholar who lived from about 602 - 664, he spent 17 years traveling from China to India to learn more completely about Buddhism. His chronicled journey became the inspiration for the classic story, Journey to the West. In the background, you see the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda.
I really like how you composed this with the pagoda seeming to echo his stability and presence
