It took my eyes a moment to adjust to the high pov but it works so very well to show so many flights of stairs like that. The small pops of red and the two people are the icing on an already impressive cake.

Is this full colour? It is an incredible view and wonderfully presented. big favourite from me. We were in Cambridge uk this weekend and noticed that everything was marked by Roman Numerals.

Sometimes, it's a surprise when people respond so much to a photo that was a quick take -- @domenicododaro - wouldn't you agree that this was a simple leaning into the stairwell and clicking a shot? @helenhall - you are perceptive. It was full color, but desaturated blues and greens. I kept the yellows (for a little softness) and reds. I as quite struck by the Roman Numerals as I had never seen them used like this before, but then, this was ROME!
