Orange Juice Vendor

Walking in a busy neighborhood in Santiago, I was struck by how portable this orange juice vendor's setup -- and wish I knew how to do selective coloring to just bring out the color of the oranges in the basket and juice on top.

I like this - his look is so intent. I just played with holding a card up to look at cropping it, but I found I rather liked the additional people heading his way and in the background. Made the scene more realistic and noisy like the road he was on must have been.
PS I have no clue about how to do selective colouring either!!

I don't think color splash is needed, the intensity of his glare is sufficient in my humble opinion. There is an app for iPhones, Color Pop Effects, I've only tried it once or twice.
