We were standing right next to him and with a wall behind us so I took a quick vertical series to make this pano. Not the ideal composition but it includes the two things I wanted -- fisherman and city skyline.

I forgot to mention earlier that this is a pano merging five vertical photos. We were standing right behind the fisherman so there was no other way to get a composition that included the skyline. I also have a single vertical in which he is facing me a little so the mask is more obvious but this one is the one I took as a pano. @k9photo -- I think it may be a repurposed stroller, isn't it a clever idea?
Oh Junko - this is so much better than the photo seen in my feed - it had chopped off the whole right hand side and we only saw a tiny edge of the fisherman. This is a great pano.
