That looks like a Brown Headed Cowbird eyeing a Baltimore Oriole nest. The problem with the cowbird is that they will lay one egg in several other birds nests. Their eggs hatch out first and the cowbird chick is the only chick to survive. They are terrible parents who don't raise their own babies.

What a wonderful shot of this nature interaction even if that bird might be an interloper. We have had cowbirds do the same here.
