This is amazing, and does make me wonder why we lug all our equipment! Great reflections in the ice and a classic look to the city. Of course, the stitched one gives the broader look at the skyline, which can't be beat!
I have found that with landscape shots, I don't have much patience! And then my phone goes and does a great job; however, I do believe the stitched one is VERY impressive. I have no stitching ability, so I'm completely in awe.
It is indeed getting harder and harder to justify lugging around the big stuff when the new phones do so well. But then again, it's usually the photographer and not the equipment that make the picture.....as you've so wonderfully demonstrated in both of your shots!
Fab photo - I know what you mean but there is something about carrying a camera with you. Never done panorama so very impressed. Another to add to my list of things to learn.
@mandygravil -- this one wasn't taken as a panorama. It was taken as a single photo and then cropped into a panorama shape. On an iPhone, panoramas have a bit of a dip/curve in the middle. Definitely worth trying out.
