I was standing at the edge of the water in the upper half of the parking lot at the boat ramp. The floating dock and ramp are supposed to be the place to tie-off so a boater can park their trailer or get it to load and unload the boat. Lake Allatoona is about 11' above full pool when usually, at this time of year, it is well below full pool.
