Nervous Encounter

This young girl wasn't sure she wanted to be near the duck, one of many at a local park. She would get close and then back off. Her mother was close at hand. There are signs around the park that tell visitors not to feed the ducks or geese so the water fowl are accustomed not to get handouts. This duck seemed less nervous than the girl.

Most of the geese and ducks move away from people but there are two white ducks that seem more “friendly.”
