i stood on the edge of a cliff for you

Cottia asked for a birds eye view this week,

Argh! Don't scare me! Would hate to be responsible for any accidents....

Nicely done Kali...did I say I was afraid of heights?!?
November 20th, 2016
@cottiac thats why i didnt climb any trees or get the ladder and go on the roof! lol. I envy people who can get above the street , i was hoping someone would walk below so i could get a long shadow but the tide was in....

@kali66 Bother! Thanks for persevering on this challenging challenge 😃

Wow - that is so brave - I am scared just looking at the photo. I often wonder about this fear of heights that so many of us have. Great POV though.

Beautiful shot Kali...

Great image! I don't mind heights but I am afraid of edges. I would not be able to take this photo!
November 20th, 2016
WOW. That's amazing. I would never be able to do that. I struggle to stand on a chair to get a better POV. I think that really justifies me getting a drone :)

Kali, thanks for challenge, I Googled tilt-shift and was scared by need for lens and photoshop. Then I googled dutch tilt and am breathing again!!!!

Foe your challenge- have the main focus of your photo be obscured by a barrier ( bars, wicker frame, colander?!!!) but still be recognisable as main focus of the shot.hope this makes sense?! Jackie

I wish that I lived near the water! So jealous.
November 20th, 2016
Gosh the things you do for me :) very effective

I am delighted with this great photo!

@30pics4jackiesdiamond i think you mean focusing through, which i love so yes i think that makes sense.

btw your panasonic can do tilt-shift, it has an inbuilt setting, i looked at your manual. you might like to give that a whirl also this week if you havent used it before :)
November 20th, 2016
@kali66 another new photography term!! Glad you knew what I meant though!!! My little point & shoot has a miniature setting, which this afternoon I guessed is tilt-shift. I've tried it and its been OK, but really need to be up high. If I climb any towers this week..........

@kali66 PS it has an online manual?

As a vertigo person, I admire your ability and resolve to do this.
