shadows to black

The new technique challenge is about taking the shadows to black for a high contrast image . one way to do it is using black to frame the light areas in the photo to good effect. https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/32918/technique-92-shadows-to-black-black-and-white
This was best in color, rather than monochrome though, it is boring without the blue glow from the reflection...
