mountain glory

Quite a view while stopped at traffic lights on shw75 New Zealand . This was my first drive over the Southern Alps ( some of you may remember i only got my license last year)

@kipper1951 i was nervous before i went, especially as i was driving someone else's car which i had not driven before, have to say it really was a piece of cake, not much traffic on saturday evening, so i could go slow if i wanted lol

Ah - Bealey - there is a neat hotel near, called Bealey Hotel. Good food, a warm fire and views to die for. Not luxury.
