@domenicododaro i gave him black and white film so i will develop his photos, its a pocket olympus zoom camera i think it will be easy and fun for him. @aikiuser@joysabin @ethelperry he is very obliging of my photographing mania these days, in small doses lol. its nice to see him every now and again as he comes over to this coast to see friends etc. he didnt enjoy his studies and has got a job now.
Nice portrait... doesn't he look pleased? Over the past few years I have tied to encourage film photography by offering one of my film cameras to anyone who showed a bit of enthusiasm... theyl have all seemed reluctant to take up the offer! I think the thought of dropping the software for the chemicals scares them!
@davidlostphojo@joysabin i still have unused black and white chemicals, i havent shot any film myself for about a year , but i think they will still work. The chemicals for colour are pretty expensive here in NZ, but it is something i would like to try one day.
