@brigette unfortunately half of the pomegranate had gone bad :(
I used balsamic and sweetened with some pomegranate molasses i have lurking in the cupboard. Found enough parsley on my plants that have gone to seed, substituted fennel for the dill, and picked a couple of stalks off my baby celery plants and added some radishes and cucumber for crunch ... nice pops of flavour from the pomegranate but i am chewing carefully as i think the seeds could be a tooth breaking hazard!! .
looks wonderful! I've just made a salad with pomegranate and the seeds are definitely not tooth breaking material - I wonder if yours was a bit old? Don't give up! Try another! The season is only quite short
@kali66 Do! I really like the sweet and sour thing going in with pomegranate. I just made a salad with a few leaves and cucumber from my garden, orange, mint, pomegranate and edamame beans
