these flowers are pretty hard to photograph I found, because the way the petals flop might not be the best arrangement, the outside petals often blocked off the view of the center. So diagonal it is!
Imogen Cunningham's Magnolia is most probably her most famous photo, but I heard an interview with her on youtube and she said it was her best seller because of 'conservative buyers', she seemed a bit miffed!
