Is this Swiss chard? I love it, and it works great for the “gnudi” (page 70) instead of spinach... ;)

this is tatsoi , i will look up the recipe in the book , because i have lots of swiss chard and also cavolo nero :) but my son with the translater app isnt here lol

I never ate Tatsoi, but I googled it and they say its use is similar to spinach, so it could be great for the “gnudi”, too!
