Wherever I go I see parents with kiddies in pushchairs - a toddler or dog not being attended to - and fingers tapping on a phone! The toddler in this case was running about (I was stood the other side of the pond taking photo's of the ducks!) The lack of parental attention I blame on the phone companies for giving unlimited call time and texts....!!!!
