The Uncommon Leucistic Red-Tailed Hawk!

So incredible to spot this unusual bird! Yes, it's a White Red-Tailed Hawk, nicknamed "The Ghost Bird." Never seen one in my lifetime till now!

It's beautiful! Could it be a leucistic hawk? I saw one in September and was so surprised (I posted my photo on September 2) ... They aren't true albinos as they have normal eye color, but do lack the cells that produce pigmentation.
