I like how the stripes go out of focus in the background...like little dots. this is terrific and congrats on the PP! I think he is a damselfly...They have smaller eyes than a dragonfly, and the eyes shoot out to the side of their heads. Dragonflies tend to sit "wings out" or "wings forward" like a cape, but damsels tuck them back along their body. Whatever it is, the head on pose and the focus is fabulous! lots of details (hairs) too!
