Squirrel

inspired by @maggie2 02/15/11 "Um...What time is lunch served?" and @honestabe 04/28/11 "Squirrel Talk". This little guy was hanging out in my mom and dad's backyard. He stood still long enough for me to grab the camera, aim it toward him and hit zoom a couple of times. After I got it, I stepped toward him to take another picture, but he ran away.

What a beautiful white underbelly he has! a different coloration than our reddish squirrels here in SoCA. I envy you the thick patch of lily-of-the-valley there, too! My favorite flower for their delicious fragrance!
