By the sea

Wonderful spring weather and I went for a hike. The cranes are returning and I can hear them high up in the sky as they catch the thermal wind (is that correct?) to be able to fly further north.
This is a small stream that runs through the sand into the Baltic Sea. The water levels have been very higgh lately and you can see how parts of the beach has disappered.

@joysabin Thank you. I liked that to. This is the baltic and the sun is low so most of the costline was shadowed by the time I was there.
