The flesh of this pomelo (citrus maxima) called for my macro lens to come out... The little bits of pink flesh are not as tart and not as juice-producing as its smaller cousin, the grapefruit, and it's absolutely delicious.
@shawnasays Thank you Shawna! It sounds strange but with slowly sauteed onions (almost caramelized), some coconut flakes and fresh cilantro, it makes an unusual but amazing salad! No dressing needed!
