Delicate Fluffy Tree Flowers

I know it's a lot of pictures of flowers but hey, it's spring! I parked today and there was this delicate, beautiful little carpet of tree flowers on the grass bank near my car. I tried looking those up and I don't know what it is, but the flowers on the tree where very fluffy and plump.
