Because what else would you do on a morning so crisply harsh that taking off your gloves make your fingers feel like they're gonna fall off?
It was about 18°F (-7°C) this morning, and although I expected to see crystals all over these, there really weren't any clear ones (to the naked eye). However they were behaving very differently than usual. They were like very thin sugar balls, and they stuck to the asphalt for a very long time. You could actually poke a hole in the side of one of them, with the rest of the bubble intact.
@bill_fe thanks very much, Bill @graemestevens thank you Graeme, and that's my favorite time to go out because no one else is in 'my' outside! @swillinbillyflynn thanks very much indeed :) @muriel thank you, it puts a little bit of a creepy spin on it haha! @velina thanks Velina, I was only kneeling because I was too cold and didn't have good pants for lying all the way down ^_^ @kategoring Kate, I cannot wait to see your frozen bubbles - I have a feeling we'll be seeing a ton of pretty crystals on yours!! @carla42 hehe that is unusual, although I do like it colder myself - I'm looking forward to yours then Carla!!
