Gourmet Farmer ~ Matthew Evans - Fat Pig Farm

Today my husband took me to 'Fat Pig Farm', run by Matthew Evans (SBS's Gourmet Farmer) a former chef and food critic and his lovely wife Sadie. They run a 'farm to table' restaurant on their property. It is usually booked out months in advance. The 'feast' was amazing.
