1. The opportunity to spend half an hour watching this crackle of beautiful Yellow-crested cockatoos flying around the local area. There was literally hundreds of them. They looked so beautiful, however I am aware of the noise and damage they can cause - confirming that looks can sometimes be deceptive.
2. A day and evening with just hubby and I. The children are all going out tonight, so it will be just us home. This is such a rare experience, so we intend to enjoy it.
3. The rain we are currently experiencing. It is only soft, yet it is rain, please keep coming, our water tanks need you!
Great capture. I imagine that being larger and with bigger beaks, they would have the capacity to do even more damage than the corellas that have invaded our area :)
