This is what greeted me as I left the house this morning. It reminded me of an old saying my mother used to always say - 'Red sky at night, sailor's delight, Red sky at morn, sailors warn'. It was an old way to predict the kind of weather one would experience.
Today I am thankful for...
1. Connections I have within the wider community.
2. Patience. They say 'Good thinks come to those who wait', and believe me I am waiting :)
3. A long weekend in front of me! For those of you who also get to this long weekend, Enjoy!
Fav. Fabulous morning sky and capture. We have a similar saying - it goes like this: red sky in the evening prepare the horses for the races; red sky in the morning prepare the shed where you can keep them dry.
Fantastic sky and great capture with the silhouettes.
We have something similar Red sky at night shepherds delight . Red sky in the morning shepherds warning.
