I think you are very good for letting her handle this. I would find it difficult. I started out with making just puddings as a young girl but found it was a lifelong interest from there!
@maggiemae She is very capable. Having home educated my three children for most of their lives, cooking with me was a huge part of their learning. They have all been able to cook by themselves from around the age of 10.
