The West is on Fire

Another day of smoky (lack of) view. Top picture is my normal view and bottom is today's view. Although I am across the water from the American west coast, here on southern Vancouver Island our island our air quality is suffering. I can't even imagine what it's like for the people living where the fires are actually burning. Looking at the map it seems that the whole west coast is on fire.

wow, but it's terrible, I can't imagine how the people are where the fire is, I hope it will end soon
