On the way to working in Picton today so I got the chance to capture a cruise ship in harbour. I thought it looked like it was nestled on the tussocks which looked lovely in the early morning sunlight, this working port is not the most attractive entrance to the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.
The port doesn't look too bad in your photo. Very nicely done. Kept an eye out for the Pork Pie run on Sunday. They cross over on the ferry on Sunday morning. Check out the other Pork Pie photos of mine, @andreajoy, @dide, @julzmaoio and @pitasmum. Would be great if you could get one of them in Picton to post.
