Flooded fields

Its been raining a LOT! I haven't seen these paddocks flooded this much for many years. In the background is the Havelock estuary which unsurprisingly is rather brown too.

Now I understand. I have heard that the amount of water on earth is constant. Our two months with no rain explains your flooding.
