the grevilleas combined with the new bird bath in the front yard is seeing a lovely collection of honey eaters and these are quite exceptional. thank you for the awesome comments and questions on my photos
@jacqbb thank you! it has taken weeks but some of the birds are finally starting to test out the bird bath - will have some of another honeyeater breed to upload tomorrow :)
Is this the Peaches and Cream Grevillea you were planning on planting? If not, it is very similar! I love love love honey eaters - even if they do destroy your Grevilleas! A million FAV's thank YOU!
@gigiflower no I've not managed to get the peaches and cream - it doesn't have that colour progression but is a really similar shade and very pretty. I still need one for next to the bird bath, but I'm waiting for the summer to wane before I plant anything :)
I planted the grevilleas for the birds, so I'm thrilled with the range of birds they are bringing in :)
Congratulations to you as well! This beautiful bird looks all the more sensational in that pale pink stage! What a lovely balance of colouration! Nicely accomplished!
