Oh no... did this topple over into the water? @kork I just read your entire profile. My mother's Dad was from Hungary and my Mom grew up speaking Hungarian at home. Visiting Budapest is on my bucket list of travel destinations.
The columns plunged into the water depict the silhouette of the main facade of the old National Theater. The old theater was demolished in 1965 in reference to the construction of the Metro.
