Although the directions to this waterfall mentioned turning on Patterson Gap Road... follow Persimmon Road for 7.4 miles (it changes to Patterson Gap at some point) and park just before the bridge just past the girl scout camp on the left. The hike is a 1/4 mile each way and there is one water crossing. It was a very nice trail but there are some obstacles (large trees down) and a lot of deadfall... if you go be careful!
