Cypress on Hillsborough River

The River Rapids trail is short (1.2 miles) but beautiful and is located in Hillsborough River State Park in Thonotosassa, Florida. The cypress is showing fall fiery orange color.

Is the Hillaborough State Park in north Florida? My parents lived in Spring Hill, Florida. I don't think they had any fall colors there.

@jb030958 Yes... the park is just North of Tampa in Thonotosassa, Florida. Perhaps the only fall color is the Cypress that changes color from tan to cinnamon to burnt orange and then they drop their leaves.

I had never heard of this park, but I bet I must have driven near it many times. We would drive from Tampa airport to Spring Hill each time we visited!
