Fort Mountain Lake

Ft. Mountain State park is situated between Ellijay and Chatsworth off of Highway 52 in the Cohutta Mountains. The lake and campground are deep in a mountain valley and there is no cell phone reception or Internet available.

I have stopped in Ellijay just long enough to get some hot boiled peanuts and a fried pie for lunch... and to upload photos. I will get back to commenting on your photos when I return from my trip. Hope you are having a fantastic weekend.
