Probably my crazy imagination again, but I see this as a huge stick man, knees bent, arms up high as if dancing. He doesn't have a head, but then he is not that kind of stick man. There are many, you know! The bird is sitting on his arm enjoying the ride.
At our previous home we had vultures that loved to sit on a large outcropping near our home. I loved their majestic soaring and they looked so magnificent in the air.
