On our way back to Skidaway Island we stopped at the Rodney J. Hall Boat Ramp and I flew the drone to get some aerials. The marsh land looks so unique from the air. This is Moon River and the song lyrics were written by Savannah native Johnny Mercer.
I always thought the song was referring to a reflection of the moon in a river and never knew it was about an actual river of that name.
