I spent about two hours searching for rocks with lines in them so I could make this heart then my daughter made another with her hands. I'm quite pleased with the overall effect but a little annoyed by the shades caused by the rocks. I probably should have waited until later in the day to reduce them but I was impatient and excited to see how it would look. The idea came from an Ikea print I have of rocks in a circle. Someone also had a round version on here about a month ago but I don't remember who.

The lines are natural, that is so cool. You would have to look ages to find rocks with lines on them here! All you searching paid off I ❤ this shot & the heart shadow in the corner is a nice touch too! :)
You shouldn't be annoyed at all! You did a great job! This is a genius idea not to mention the effort it took! And it's sentimental since you've got your daughter's shadow which leads me to believe that you covered every great aspect of a great picture! AWESOME! Watch me as I click FAV!
Ooh, I heart this too!!! Great idea and we'll done on finding the rocks with the correctly placed lines!! Love the shadow of the hands too, it's all lovely.
