Another filler from the same day as yesterday's shot which just so happens to be on the PP, so thank you for all your comments and fav's. I've felt out of touch with my photography recently and have a lot on my mind so it was exciting to see your response to the image.
The doctor told me today that he suspects my 10 year son has Colitis. We're at the 2.5 week mark of bowel issues. We've done two sets of samples and today had an x-ray and blood work done at the hospital. We even got an "urgent" appointment to see a paediatric surgery who is going to use a scope to do biopsies to confirm the condition. Despite this news, today was a decent day for him and I'm feeling so much better knowing these tests and appointments are happening and that we are that much closer to getting the right medicine to make him healthier. It's so hard seeing your baby sick.
Oh dear Kim, I'm sure you're so worried for your son. Hope the tests give a diagnosis that will give a good treatment. My son has had similar problems and had an episode recently. My prayers for him.
Gosh between the recent move and now your sons persistent stomach issues no wonder you have felt out of touch with photography! Both this one and yesterday's shots have beautiful bokeh and its great to see some in the front of an image. Have to say I would love to be one of those rocks - awesome POV.
Its a tricky thing to diagnose - could be so many things but sounds as if the Doctors are doing their best. With treatment I'm sure it will improve rapidly.

This is a beautiful POV and composition. Congrats on PP. So sorry to hear about your son, and hope that things get better for him soon. It is difficult when our kids have to suffer!
