We took the bus out today and posed in front of a funky building - it really is this bright!! That's me on the left, then my 17 year old daughter, 16 year old nice and my sister. I'm behind on commenting - we've been having too much fun to sit at the computer.
Love love love this! Can I just ask, when you take shots with the timer are you on auto or is the camera set up prior to taking the shot? I'm thinking of taking a shot of hubby and I for our 30th anniversary on Tuesday, Also I haven't got a remote so I'll need to press the shutter then run into position ;) xx
@psychographer I had it in auto focus. The family lined up, I positioned the camera on the ground with the lens on the camera strap to give it a bit of an angle and then I did a test shot. I lifted it up to check and it seemed ok. Then I set my self timer for ten seconds with nine shots (1 sec. apart). Repositioned the camera in roughly the same point. I pushed and ran for the bus. I've done this type of thing before with my spot focus on too - that's how I took the recent family shot with the blossoms and my Xmas card shot. Those times I also used a tripod so it was easier to get it set up and focus lined up. I was wearing white pants today and not going to lie down to line up the focus so I did auto and just hoped it would line up. I see now I could have been a bit better but overall I'm happy.
Brilliant, love the colours and pov, Karen S is right, it would make fabulous album cover! Or if you lived near me I would make you a brill card with the photo!
