We made it home alive last night from Victoria. For the most part the ride home was dry - just light rain the last half an hour!
Today was quite beautiful but I spent almost 4 hours on the phone with my cable provider and didn't get much else accomplished. Then Gage came home from his first day of school and I tried to help him with his chemistry homework. That was an exercise in FRUSTRATION! The kid was exhausted and fell asleep at 6:30pm. So... after all that my camera was used for this single shot today. I that this cloud formation was rather unique!
It's good to be home and the cloud formation is awesome. Reminds me of being very little and lying watching clouds and wondering what they looked like. Hope your boy's energy levels pick up gradually. Go gently.
That is quite a cloud picture, almost a senrance of some sort in the sky. Gage will find a whole day at school hard work, he probably made light of his op & they don't realise he's been through so much! Should not be having homework perhaps for a week!
You used your one shot well. Delightful clouds. Poor lad - having to leap back into school with all the catch up. So hard as a parent to balance things after prolonged periods in hospital. I feel for you - especially after this day you describe. Once the crisis is over, the everyday trials can be almost harder.
