What a wonderful day we have had today, the sun came out and I was able to go out without a heavy coat on. I rang my best friend and asked if the kettle was on for a cup of Earl Grey Tea, and quickly drove down to the next village.
I had an ulterior motive for my visit, and as you will remember my friend owns a wonderful garden that they tend every day through the year. I wanted to know if anything was in flower yet and was so pleased to find these beautiful Miniature Irises were out, even beating the daffodils this year.
I must be honest and say that her garden has been a great source of my flower photographs, and to be honest the Earl Grey wasn't to bad either. View with the black background if you have time.
