At my age I never thought I would be making a statement that I've been mooning again. The search engine for mooning gives the meaning as "Expose one's buttocks to someone in order to insult or amuse them". I'm sure they have that wrong as I mean I have been taking more photographs of the moon.
It was just starting to get dark and I could hear a bird single at the top of his voice, I grabbed my camera to capture it and afterwards I noticed how big the moon was looking and how clear. I find if I leave it till it's really dark then the glare ruins the capture. I had to get the right pose, such as leaning against my bungalow to steady the camera on full zoom, but I'm quite pleased with the result.
So there you go, my mooning hasn't upset to many neighbours, YET. Thanks for all your comments and FAV's lately, view this with the dark surround if you can.
I saw a guy mooning passing traffic the other day. He was with a lady and they both and beer bottles in their hands trying to hitchhike. I doubt they got picked up! Wonderful moon capture!
