Well if you are going to swagger around the village, you may as well approach this stile with Style. The problem is this obstacle stops me straight away, why you may ask and I will tell you.
You don't see these obstacles very much in cities or large towns, and even in the countryside as they are gratefully being replaced by kissing gates. It does looks quite simple to navigate from this view.
Being of a shorter disposition myself, or as my Brother will call me, a short-ass, the step up is easy, but on the other side is a huge step down where the ground has been warn away. Years ago when I was spritely I could jump up and down quiet easily, today I can't get back over.
So there it is, if you walk with stile your journey is ruined, perhaps I should take STEPS to get over it.
Such a stylish style - but I can understand your predicament - I would have the same problem - if even worse - as my walks now depend on my mobility scooter !!
