It's nice to be able to do two jobs at once, well here I can wash up the dishes, if not using the dishwasher, and doing all my indoor gardening at the same time.
Whist I have my hands in hot soapy water, I can dream of palm trees on my window ledge and roses growing up the dish drainer. Well perhaps not, I do have Mummy Christmas Cactus on the right and junior next along with the junior Money Tree on left. Mummy Money Tree is very poorly in the lounge.
So it's time to increase my plants and you will see some small pots with cuttings in, yes I'm having babies, triplet cactus and twin money trees. In the meantime I'll wash up 7 cups, 7 plates and 7 sets of cutlery each week.
Bet you don't believe my washing up regime either.
@ladymagpie Of course, I believe you only using on plate. To this day, my wife is still horrified that I use that same coffee cup day after day without running it thru the dish washer. WHAT!?! Remove all the flavour that has been accumulated?
Love this - I've always wished for a window over my kitchen sink where I could put plants and herbs. But where I currently live, the window would overlook the inside of my garage and that would be a total nightmare!!!
