Then & Now, The Kings Head.

As a spare picture today here is one of my Then & Now series from around my area. The 2 photographs are taken from the same spot but 100 years apart and show The Kings Head Pub in Eastington, Gloucestershire. UK.

Although the picture look almost the same there are a few changes made, particularly regarding transport. No problems for horse & cart to go either side of the island then, today the sign has been moved slightly but you have to keep left at all times.

trees chimney pots changed yes but the war memorial so it appears has moved over Now in line with the window next to the pub door
