In the region where I live, rugby is more popular than football (soccer), with most of the teams playing Rugby Union, the 15-a-side game. My local team is Palau Broncos and they play Rugby League, or rugby à treize (13) as it is called here. Today they beat US Carcassonne, the team in yellow, by 30 points to 26.
I took a lot of photos but most were poor. My longest lens is 150mm, which is equivalent to 300mm for a full frame camera. Only when the play was close by was I able to capture the action.
