Dracaena fragrans by lastrami_

Dracaena fragrans

Another pic of the blossom.
The plant is nearly 9 ft high, but the blossom sits on a lower branch. I guessed all those small buds would open simultaneously, but they didn't.
They mostly open by night and spread their wonderful scent.
magnificent, enjoy the flowers and scent

Sorry to correct you but this plant is a Dracaena fragrans Massangeana. I`ve one myself for more than 30 years, and got it several times blooming . The smell is very strong and they bloom at night. Please protect you floor of the drippings.

@pyrrhula You're absolutely right, thanks for your help! We have a yucca in the garden, so I should have remembered that this one is something different. I actually knew the name when I bought it, but many people around me call this plant a yucca (by mistake), and so did I, sorry. I changed the title now :)
Have a nice Sunday
