The only shot I wanted to take today was one of my four kids all together for the first time in a year and a half. My oldest daugher and granddaughter didn't get here until 8 p.m. so we had lighting isses, focus issues (and please stop goofing off and all look the same way issues). But in the end, the full family shot, though it was taken in pretty bad lighting, was the best representation of gratitude this day for me. Even though I didn't take the photo, I decided it was okay to take a day off of shooting for my birthday....
Well Happy Birthday Laurie, and it's a wonderful photo. It alo sounds like your day couldn't have been a better one. It's always great to have amily together. You all look great, and a cutie of a Grand-daughter too.

Aw.. I missed the birthday photo.. what a great family portrait.. me thinks you should send this in to have it done on canvas.. if you need the name and website of a place, let me know.. this should be hung in your home so that whenever you miss them.. all you need do is spy the photo, touch it, feel it in your heart.. the memory of the day and it will sustain you!!!
